Host your own party — guests order, you pour

Set the menu, forecast what you’ll need, share a QR code, and let guests order straight from their phones. Tickets land on TDM (The Drink Manager) — your kitchen board. Start a pour, tap Done, stock updates, and the guest gets a “your drink is ready” ping.

TDM — The Drink Manager — is the bar screen that comes with every Coachwood party — part of the free toolkit, same as the menu and guest QR. Open it on a phone or iPad while you host: orders show up as tickets, you Start and Done each pour, timers keep the queue honest, and stock updates when a drink leaves the board. Guests keep the party page open and get a chime when theirs is ready — no POS hardware, no paid add-on.
